This Payment & Refund Policy applies to all automotive window tinting services provided by Mesquite Tint ("Company", "we", "our", or "us") through the website AutoMesqTint.com . By booking our services, clients ("you" or "your") agree to comply with the terms outlined herein, in accordance with U.S. federal and state consumer protection laws.
Payment is required at the time of booking or as agreed in a written service contract. Accepted payment methods include major credit and debit cards, electronic checks (ACH), and verified online payment platforms. All payments are processed in U.S. dollars (USD).
Clients are responsible for providing accurate billing information. Failure to complete payment may result in postponement or cancellation of scheduled services.
Due to the custom nature of window tinting services, refunds are generally not provided once installation has begun. Refunds may be considered at the Company's discretion in cases including, but not limited to:
Clients may cancel appointments with at least 48 hours notice . Cancellations made within this period may qualify for a partial refund after deducting administrative fees. Cancellations less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment are non-refundable.
Custom tint packages, multi-vehicle orders, and any third-party materials or accessories added to the service are non-refundable once the installation has started due to preparation and material costs.
Clients should contact the Company directly for any questions or disputes regarding payments or refunds. Unresolved disputes may be addressed under applicable U.S. consumer protection laws. Initiating chargebacks without prior communication may result in suspension of future services.
